NM Group Global LLC (“NMGG”) is an industrial holding company comprised of three niche manufacturing businesses with strong business franchises and good potential for further growth through a combination of organic expansion, strategic investments, and acquisition.
Founded in 2002 by CEO Andrew H. Kalnow, NMGG has controlling interests in three North American based operating businesses with meaningful international sales, and also wholly owns a company in Suzhou, China. The three group companies and China subsidiary are:

- Cleaning Technologies Group LLC – Cincinnati, OH & Jamestown, NY
- Wessels Holdings, Inc. – Greenwood, IN
